This recently completed project features Cedarwood Country Club’s maintenance facility. We renovated two existing metal building structures by replacing all roof and wall panels and trim. We also erected a Chief Buildings PEMB structure addition to one of the existing buildings, and poured new concrete throughout the area. The entire project created a maintenance garage area for golf course maintenance equipment.
The overall goal of the project was to create a facility that blended with the golf course landscaping and tree-scape, so as not to be obtrusive to golf course patrons, while also creating a structure that worked for the golf course’s usage needs.
